Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

We aim for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not happy with any delivery of tea we have made, the goods can be returned for a full refund. In order to qualify, goods must remain intact with the exception of breaches in packaging related to sampling. Requests for refunds must take place within 14 (fourteen) days of the delivery of goods. Cancellations must take place prior to dispatch of goods from Fine Tea Merchants warehouse.

Claims against accessories that have been delivered broken must be made within 2 (two) working days of delivery.
